HETAS are the official body recognised by Government to approve solid fuel domestic heating appliances, fuels and services including the registration of competent installers and servicing businesses.
Our engineers are HETAS registered and have undertaken stringent training required for installing wood burning stoves inline with Building Regulations and home insurance requirements.

4How long does it take to have a new stove installed?
Wood burning stove installations usually take between one and three days. If you have an existing fireplace and it's a straightforward install it could take1 day.
It’ll take a little longer if we need to do building work as part of the job.
5Are all Stoves ECO now?
Not all stoves available provide the highest eco credentials, they can vary quite a lot in this area. We strongly advise our customers to install Defra approved stoves to achieve the highest standards and reduce the impact to the environment.
6Wood stove maintenance?
A well-tended stove shouldn’t need much maintenance but it is recommended you have the chimney swept at least once a year, and if you use your stove regularly it should be swept every six months. Some house insurance policies make this a requirement. If you’d like your chimney swept or maintenance on your stove carried out give us a call.
7What size stove do I require?
It's Important that the stove you choose has the correct heat output for the the room it is located in. This is why we recommend to customers,that a survey is carried out by our accredited stove installers who can conduct a site survey and recommend the most suitable stove for your property.
